This study aims to develop a university policy hub equipped with an AI-driven question-answering system using the LLM. The increasing complexity and volume of university policies necessitate a more efficient and accessible method for disseminating and understanding policy information. By creating a centralized repository and integrating AI technology, this research seeks to enhance policy accessibility, comprehension, and compliance within the university community.
